On Boarding Meeting for new pastor

All Covenant Ministry Council members, Staff Parish Relations Committee members, and Trustees are encouraged to attend as well as any other committee chairs and those who take a leadership role.  We will be led through this process by an experienced On Boarding facilitator who has been certified to lead these meetings for the UMC.  We will learn about our new pastor, advise her about our church, discuss our hopes and dreams, and share any concerns we have about this tansition in leadership as well as what we hope from her new leadership.
